Anyone posting such objectionable messages is responsible for their own actions, and that action may result in termination of their membership account.

It is agreed by you that in whole or in part, you grant NPVFCC a perpetual, non-exclusive right to use, recreate, modify, and sub-license the content on the page(s) to other parties throughout the world for no fee and no royalty payments to you or a nominee for all content you may post to the site.

17. NPVFCC will provide users the option to remove their personal information from databases owned and managed by NPVFCC, and for those users not to receive future communications from NPVFCC. To remove your information, you can either edit it in your site management page, or simply cancel your account from the same page.
18. Members of NPVFCC site are free to cancel their membership at any time by clicking the 'Cancel Membership' link in the Member's SIte Administration page.
19. No variation, alteration or waiver of these Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless agreed in writing and signed by a director of NPVFCC.
20. The above Terms and Conditions of this website are effective in the relationship between yourself and NPVFCC until such time as terminated by your voluntary non-use of this website, or your enforced non-use of this website by NPVFCC.
